Best of Lea County Official Ballot

Help us recognize some of Lea County’s best & most effective. (Please be as specific and accurate as possible.) Please fill out and mail your ballot for the 2007 Best of Lea County to the address below. You may also download this form at www.joantucker.org, fill it out and mail it to the address below or submit it online. Your ballot becomes your entry to win a $200 gift certificate from the Lea County business establishment of your choice.

Rules:

• Ballots must contain verifiable name and address information (below).
• Limit two ballots per household.
• Newspaper or online ballots will be accepted.
• Ballots must be at least 50% completed.
• Completed ballots will be e-mailed or mailed to Johnson, Miller & Company, a public accounting firm, that will oversee the competition and results. Results will be announced in Lea County media. Your ballot is your entry for the grand prize drawing
